Zakaria Ahmed

Dr. Zakaria Yahya Ahmed is a Geographic Information Systems GIS expert with over 30 years of experience in the field. He worked as a GIS/SCADA consultant in Cairo, Egypt, and is bilingual in Arabic and English. Dr. Zakaria has held several positions, including former CEO of GlobalGeobits, and has worked with Osman Group O.G and Chemonics International. He received his PhD from Cairo University in the field of electronics and communications. Dr. Zakaria contributed to the application of GIS in electricity distribution networks and electrical network databases. He also has extensive experience as a coach in Egypt and abroad.
