Zareen Tasnim Mou

I am Zareen Tasnim, a dedicated and detail oriented Senior IT Executive at Zayer Tech, an IT company in Khulna. Since June 2024, I have been actively working in the IT consultancy field, providing virtual assistance to expert consultants. My role involves managing client communications, handling emails, applying for projects, scheduling calls, labeling emails, conducting professional research on expert networking sites, and maintaining client accounts.

In addition to client support, I have experience in SEO marketing for our company website and CSRM Customer Success Relationship Management for clients. I am proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, along with various project management and communication tools.

I am also passionate about technology and currently expanding my expertise in HTML, CSS, Java, C, and C++ to enhance my technical skills. My ability to multitask, lead teams, train new resources, and optimize workflow efficiency makes me a valuable asset to any organization.
