· Making and answeringphone calls to answer questions and address the clients’ complaints to ensure clients’ satisfaction.
· Scheduling and setting appointments between the company’s Managing Director and the company’s clients to decrease wait time and increase satisfaction.
· Greeting and welcoming visitors accordingly, to make them feel comfortable and ensure a positive first impression.
· Receiving and distributing mails to the intended clients to ensure timely dissemination of information.
· Maintaining files and spreadsheets in order to facilitate easy access of information.
· Monitoring office supplies and placing orders, when necessary, to ensure that none ran out of stock unnoticed.
· Monitoring industry trends and participating in related trade fairs and conferences to ensure public visibility.
· Making follow-ups on the upcoming projects and events and communicating changes in advance whenever there were any for smooth flow of related tasks.
